Race Point Light at the tip of the Cape near Provincetown captured near sunset. It took about a bit of walking along Race Point beach to get to Race Point Lighthouse. Clouds were moving in quickly but I was able to load the memory card with some Cape Cod lighthouse photography images. The sunset that evening was far from spectacular but the experience working the subject and making the best out of it was priceless. After exploring the surroundings of this Outer Cape lighthouse, I discovered this wooden sign providing directions to the dune walkers to the beach. I set up low to incorporate the beach sign with the flowers and dunes in the foreground while the background was made of the lighthouse and the sunset sky.
