Stunning seacoast photography at sunrise featuring a spectacular view across the beautiful cliffs of the Maine rocky coastal shoreline in Acadia National Park. I discovered this incredible overlook with a steep cliff on my last visit to Acadia NP and went back for a sunrise seascape photography session. I positioning tripod and camera above the steep cliffs in front of me and one wrong step away from going down into the ocean to capture A New Day.

Acadia NP is a National Park located in the U.S. state of Maine. It reserves much of Mount Desert Island, and associated smaller islands, off the Atlantic coast. The park is one of the most visited wildlife areas in the United States and a paradise for every photographer and outdoor enthusiast. The park loop road provides easy access to many of the iconic photography subjects, such as Monument Cove, Sand Beach, Jordan Pond and the Bubbles, Otter Cliff to name only a few. The carriage roads and hiking trails provide further access to more remote locations where the park continues to inspire and unfolds its full magic. It is a heaven for macro, seascape, and landscape photography that makes for great wall art decoration. Especially sunrise and the light of the golden hours paint the sky in beautiful blue and orange and bring out the beauty of the pink granite rocks.
