Massachusetts Route 9 is a vital artery for travelers and commuters to get in and out of Boston. It also provides great opportunities to experience the New England fall foliage. This autumn image was taken shortly after sunrise in the Town of Southborough. The solitude of early morning, when the sun paints the fall foliage in warm hues, is my preferred time to explore magic of Mother Earth. Nearby Southborough in Worcester County with it’s beautiful lakes makes for quick outings and beautiful viewing of colorful fall foliage. Last week autumn colors were peaking which made for a perfect autumn scenery and fall foliage reflection.
