New England astronomy photography featuring the 2017 solar eclipse over the Greater Boston Area. Originally, I was not planning on photographing this astronomical phenomenon but then remembered my 300mm lens that I don’t care for anymore. I added my older camera to the setup and combine a 10 stop and 5 stop neutral density filter to capture some images of this historic US solar eclipse. Massachusetts and Boston as well as other parts of New England were only treated to partial eclipse but still impressive to see the magic unfold.
Historic 2017 solar eclipse photos are available as museum quality photography prints, canvas prints, acrylic prints, wood prints or metal prints. Fine art prints may be framed and matted to the individual liking and decorating needs:
