Whaleback Light with super worm moon in southern Maine near the New Hampshire border. This historic New England lighthouse is located near Portsmouth, NH and is also known as Whaleback Light or Whaleback Ledge Lighthouse. A rising full moon always attracts a lot of nature lovers and photographers alike and there was no difference last night. Originally, I was inspired by the tall and old lighthouse structure out in the ocean that tells the story of bracing the Atlantic Ocean for a century and more.
